New You UNLEASHED: 12-WEEK CHALLENGE

Begins January 8th and ends March 31st

This Transformation Challenge includes workouts that incorporate strength training and high intensity interval training as well as nutritional guidance, support and accountability. The workouts can be any of the classes offered at our studio.

Top 3 Transformations will win a photoshoot with HFitch Photography!

Members receive online support through the private Facebook group created for New You UNLEASHED Program members only. All members will get a total of 4 in-body scans, one at the beginning of the program, then one every month after that to ensure they are on track to meet their goal by the end of the program.

1) Workouts In Our Studio

  • – Unlimited in-studio classes (*At-home workouts available if needed)
  • – Our classes are focused on strength training and high intensity interval training circuit training (HIIT). Strength training helps build more muscle mass, strength and endurance while at the same time helps you increase your metabolic rate, allowing you to burn more calories at rest. HIIT training allows us to bring your heart rate up and down in-between circuits which in turn helps you burn the optimal number of calories and creating muscle confusion, which means your body is working at the highest level. You can burn 400-600 calories in just one class!
  • – Our classes are about 50 minutes long.
  • – Our trainers will demonstrate every single workout giving modifications if needed.
  • – Everyone works out at their pace. No one is compared to each other. Only competing with yourself.

2) Nutrition Guidance

  • – We will give you personalized macro nutrition guidance.
  • – You’ll also be drinking at least half of your body weight in ounces of water a day.
  • – You’ll be eating real food such as lean protein, complex carbs and green leafy vegetables.
  • – We will show and explain to you the importance of food prepping and healthy habits.
  • – We will be measuring your body composition 4 times during the challenge.

3) Support

  • – Support is the most important component of the challenge.
  • – At Sessions, we are a community of like-minded individuals supporting you and never tearing you down.
  • – Your coach will have weekly virtual group check-ins.
  •  – Support through a private Facebook group for created for New You UNLEASHED Program members only

How much does it cost?

Our New You UNLEASHED Program is $600 plus tax that can be paid in full or split into 3 auto renew monthly payments of $199 plus tax. You choose which payment plan you would like at checkout.
