  • What types of classes do you offer?

    We offer an array of options to help you achieve your fitness goals and keep your workouts exciting and effective. From heart-pumping HIIT sessions to graceful barre workouts, exhilarating spin classes, TRX suspension training, dynamic strength training sessions, and various styles of yoga to strengthen both body and mind.

  • Where are your studios?

    Our Griswold studio address is 461 Voluntown Rd. It is in the Ocean State Job Lot Plaza. Just drive to the side of the building. Our Norwich studio address is 320 West Main St. Across the street from Dollar General.

  • Where do I park?

    Both studios have parking available. Our Norwich studio has a parking lot across the street.

  • How do I sign up for classes?

    We recommend you download our easy to use app!

  • Do you allow walk-ins?

    To ensure availability and guarantee your spot in our classes, we kindly request that you sign up ahead of time. This allows us to prepare adequately and ensure there's enough room for everyone.

  • What should I bring to class?

    We recommend you bring a mat, towel, water and sneakers to change into to help keep our studio clean.

  • How early should I arrive before a class?

    We recommend getting here 15 minutes before class starts. Doors will close promptly at class start time.

  • Do I need to be experienced to join your classes?

    Not at all! All of our classes ae designed for all experience levels. Our instructors will show you modifications if needed.

  • How often should I attend classes to see results?

    For optimal results and progress, we recommend attending our classes 4-5 times a week. By committing to a regular schedule of classes, you'll not only build strength, endurance, and flexibility but also enhance your overall well-being.

  • Do you have changing rooms and shower facilities?

    For your convenience, our Griswold studio provides restroom facilities. Additionally, our Norwich studio offers premium amenities including smart showers, blow dryers, and restroom facilities.

  • Do you offer nutrition or wellness coaching services?

    Yes! Our VIP membership includes personalized nutrition and wellness coaching as well as our body transformation programs we run throughout the year.

  • Can I book a trial class before committing to a membership?

    We offer your first class for FREE as well as a 2-week trial membership!

  • How do I cancel my recurring membership?

    You must provide a written notice via email to info@sessionswellnessstudio.com of your intent to cancel or make any changes to your membership no less than ten (10) business days prior to the due date of your next billing payment. For more information please review our policies here.

  • Do you have childcare services available during classes?

    We do not offer childcare services, and due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children during classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and focused environment for all our members.
