Studio Policies

  • CLASS REGISTRATION

    To secure your spot and help us plan effectively, we kindly ask that you register in advance for all classes. If no members are signed up for a class up to one hour before the scheduled start time, the class will be cancelled.
    Class registration opens up seven (7) days in advance. You can register for classes using our Sessions Wellness app or on our website. If you arrive at the studio and are not registered, staff will ask you to kindly register using your device if there is room in the class
    Once you arrive to class, you must check-in using the app, failure to do so will result in the instructor marking you as a no-show.

  • NO SHOWS

    If you do not show up to the class and don’t cancel, you will forego your class pass. Unlimited memberships will automatically be charged a $10 no-show penalty to the card on file. If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out to be able to book a class.
    There will be no waived cancellation fees. Due to limited class sizes, we ask that all members book classes accordingly and cancel prior to the late-cancellation window.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our Sessions Wellness Studio App. This is the ONLY way to cancel a class. We will not accept messages via social media, emails, phone or text.
    If you fail to cancel a class reservation within 2 hours or less, you will forego your class pass. Unlimited memberships will automatically be charged a non-refundable $10.00 late cancellation fee to the card on file. If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out to be able to book a class.
    There will be no waived cancellation fees. Due to limited class sizes, we ask that all members book classes accordingly and cancel prior to the late-cancellation window. If there should be a sudden emergency within the two hour window, please contact us directly.

  • WAITLIST PROCEDURES

    When a class reaches capacity, members are offered the option to waitlist for that class.
    If you are on a waitlist, you will be notified by email when you have been automatically added into a class. If you cannot make the class, please cancel immediately so that the next person on the waitlist can get added. You can get added to the class up to an hour before class start time.
    Treat the waitlist like a reservation. If your spot on the waitlist no longer works for you or your schedule, then please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow another member to receive the open spot notification right away. If you DO make it off the waitlist and into class and you don’t show up for class or cancel less than within 2 hours before class start, you will be charged a no-show/late cancel fee.

  • NO LATE ENTRY

    For your safety and others in the room, late entry will not be allowed under any circumstances. The doors to the studio entrance will be locked promptly at the start of class time.

  • CASHLESS

    We only accept both credit and debit cards. We kindly request that all clients keep their online accounts up to date with a valid credit card.

  • MINIMUM AGE

    You must be 13 years or older to attend any class and must be accompanied by a parent if under 18 years old. Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children during classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and focused environment for all our members.

  • MEMBERSHIPS

    All passes, plans and memberships (except Transformation Programs) become active on the SALE DATE. We do not adjust any start dates.
    Our memberships do not have a minimum commitment. Recurring memberships renew monthly on date of purchase. Any failed payments will incur a $25 charge.
    To cancel/change your membership, you must provide a written notice via email to info@sessionswellnessstudio.com of your intent to cancel or make any changes to your membership no less than ten (10) business days prior to the due date of your next billing payment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your next billing payment. The cancellation/change will take effect the subsequent month. WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING MESSAGES VIA SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAILS, PHONE/TEXT.
    Memberships may be placed on a “Membership Freeze” under certain circumstances, at Sessions Wellness Studio’s discretion. Membership freeze requests must be submitted no less than five (7) business days before the date of the hold start. Please email your request to info@sessionswellnessstudio.com.
