FITNESS CLASSES

    Want to get fit? This class is for you! Expect targeted strength exercises with HIIT cardio in this 50-minute killer workout. Attend Fit Sessions three days a week for maximum results.

  • Reps

    Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle or tone what you’ve got; REPS can help you achieve your goals, and quickly too! A combination of great music, light weights, and fast paced reps will give you a total body workout!

  • Sweat

    Get ready to SWEAT! Sweat is a step class with resistance and toning to give a dynamic and high energy workout. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, enhance muscle toning, and promote overall strength and endurance. It’s a fun and effective way to achieve a full body workout, all while stepping to the beat of motivating music. All levels welcome!

  • Grow

    If you have booty goals, this class is for you! We skip the cardio and go right for an intense pump. This 50-minute lower body workout will have your butt burning and building muscle in no time.

  • Strong

    A 50 minute class that combines our most popular TRX workout with strength training for a total body burn. All levels welcome.

  • Burn

    An all level, 60-minute class combining 30 minutes of strength training with 30 minutes of spin cycling. It's the perfect way to torch calories and sculpt your body while boosting endurance. Join us for an intense workout that pushes your limits and delivers results!

  • Sculpt (TRX)

    Elevate your fitness routine with our dynamic TRX classes! Using suspension straps and your body weight, our expert instructors guide you through a series of functional movements designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability.

    Vitality, Invigorating, Balance, Energy

    Step into V.I.B.E., a 45-minute non-stop flow where hot yoga meets strength training. In a room heated to 85 degrees, you'll experience a perfect blend of vitality and balance. The heat enhances flexibility and detoxification, while strength exercises using body weight, resistance bands, and light weights build muscle and endurance.

    Each session integrates yoga poses with strength training movements, emphasizing balance and core stability. This energizing workout keeps your heart rate up and your body moving, maximizing calorie burn and muscle engagement. Suitable for all fitness levels, V.I.B.E. leaves you feeling revitalized and strong. Discover the powerful synergy of Vitality, Invigoration, Balance, and Energy in every session!

  • Release

    This warm, all-levels class focuses on releasing tension and increasing flexibility in areas that may feel tight or restricted. Along with stretching the muscles, we target the body's connective tissues, including joints, fascia, ligaments, and bones. By holding primarily floor poses for extended periods, we create profound changes within the body. Emphasizing the depth of each pose, we spend time in stillness to observe and explore our sensations, and we transition slowly and mindfully to ease the body. This style of yoga also balances energy, enhancing overall well-being and offering an opportunity to release physical, mental, and emotional tension. It is a wonderful remedy for the everyday stresses we face!

  • Beginner Yoga

    Not flexible? That’s fine. Never seen a yoga mat? That’s fine too. This class will move at a slower pace and will focus on proper alignment and form. The room will be warm. Get ready to fall in love with yoga! All levels and beginner-friendly.

  • Renew

    This NON HEATED vinyasa flow class will get your energy moving through a series of lengthening movements and breath control. Modifications are available for any level of yoga proficiency.

  • Power Vinyasa

    This class will take you on a connected journey of your mind, body and soul. This invigorating class challenges you to explore the rhythms of your breath to keep harmony with your body. The room is set to 95 degrees and our instructors create their own playlists for the class. This practice has elements that will please and challenge intermediate & advanced yogis alike. SOME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Please bring a mat, towel and water.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    A dynamic practice that flows from one pose to another, using the breath to unite the mind and body. Taught in a room heated to 95 degrees, muscles soften and become more pliable and also the cardiovascular effects of the flow are increased. Classes are challenging and transformative. All levels welcomed and encouraged!
