We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, and your kids are sick; life happens. Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our Sessions Wellness Studio App and clicking on the SCHEDULE option to view and cancel the session you are booked for. This is the ONLY way to cancel a class. WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING MESSAGES VIA SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAILS, PHONE/TEXT.

If you need assistance on understanding HOW to cancel a class, please let us help and show you. We are here to help and want you to feel as comfortable with the app and the cancellation process.

Please cancel reservations within 2 hours of a class’s starting time so that someone else can experience the great workout you’ll be missing. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don’t make it to class, we will charge a non-refundable $10.00 “no show/late cancellation” fee*. (If there should be a sudden emergency within the two hour window, please contact us directly).

Important notes:

-If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out upon your next visit.

-There will be no waived cancellation fees. Due to limited class sizes, we ask that all members book classes accordingly and cancel prior to the late-cancellation window.

-If you are ill and unable to attend your scheduled class, please let us know immediately to avoid the cancellation fee being charged.

-If you have class passes and you do not cancel within the 2-hour window or no-show will result in a forfeit of the reserved class; losing the class pass.


When a class reaches capacity, members are offered the option to waitlist for that class. If you know you cannot make a class, please try your best to CANCEL your spot ahead of time (minimum 2 hours in advance) to allow others who may be on a waitlist, the chance to get bumped and attend the class you are missing.

What does this mean?

If there are members on the waitlist for a class and another member, who already has a confirmed spot cancels, the person on the top of the waitlist gets moved into that spot and gets notified by email and push notification of this change. 

If someone cancels 60 minutes or less before class starts, members on the waitlist do not have enough time to get bumped, leaving open spots and upset waitlisted members who wanted to be in that class.

What can you do if you are on a waitlist?
  1. Check your junk/spam folder, just in case emails from us are being sent there. You may miss the ones that tell you you have been bumped into a class.
  2. Check the “My Schedule” button (located  under “my profile” on the bottom right of your screen when using the app) or “Schedule” page of your online account. Here, you can verify the classes for which you have confirmed bookings and/or check your waitlist status.
  3. Log in to the app and check your preferences (click on your profile picture, then “settings.”) You want to make sure all email and SMS reminders are turned ON and your mobile number and email are correct. Also make sure the email address [email protected] is in your trusted senders list so emails don’t get sent to junk/spam.
  4. Either way, if you really need/want to take class, then you should still come to the studio and be ready to take that class, just in case a spot opens up at the last minute.

TIPTreat the waitlist like a reservation. If your spot on the waitlist no longer works for you or your schedule, then please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow another member to receive the open spot notification right away. If you DO make it off the waitlist and into class and you don’t show up for class or cancel less than within 2 hours before class start, you will be charged a no-show/late cancel fee.


Your membership may be placed on a “Membership Freeze” under certain circumstances, at Sessions Wellness Studio’s discretion. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than five (5) business days before the date of the hold start. Please email your request to [email protected].


You must provide a written notice via email to [email protected] of your intent to cancel or make any changes to your membership no less than ten (10) business days prior to the due date of your next billing payment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your next billing payment. The cancellation will take affect the subsequent month. WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING MESSAGES VIA SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAILS, PHONE/TEXT.

For example, if your billing payment is due the first day of the month, you must provide written notice no later than ten (10) business days prior to that date. If you fail to do so, you will be billed on the first day of the month for the full amount, and your membership will be cancelled as of the date of the subsequent billing payment due date.
